Earthdog is an exciting sport for gamey terriers, dachshunds and similar mixed breeds that love nothing more than the hunt.  Like any sport, it requires training, practice and dedication.  RF Revolution offers earthdog training classes to individuals who want to have fun with their dogs in a positive and friendly environment.  Our earthdog classes are designed to prepared handlers and their dogs for all levels of competition in American Kennel Club, American Working Terrier Association and Jack Russell Terrier Club of America trials.  In addition to classes, students participate in fun matches, competitions and other learning opportunities.  

Classes are held at our North Valleys Training Facility just 20 minutes north of downtown Reno.  We offer a shaded crating area, lights for evening training and kiddie pools during the summer to keep dogs cool. 

Registering for Classes
Dogs must be at least 4 months old, in good physical condition and not aggressive toward humans or other dogs.  Classes are $20 for the first dog, $10 for each additional dog OR 1 Sport Pass Credit (learn more).  For more information or to register, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. What to bring:  Please bring dog wearing a flat buckle collar and a solid six foot leash.  Prong collars, choke chains and retractable leads are not allowed.  Bring water, tasty treats or a favorite toy for your dog.  Please wear shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain.  Flip flops, heels and slip on shoes are not allowed.  Training is held in all weather.  Please plan accordingly.  Most importantly:  bring your sense of humor and be prepared to have a lot of fun with your dog!
